8 Platform one The Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) has already established itself as a valuable networking opportunity for the aerospace business community, and in 2016 it will be introducing a UAV exhibition feature hall to cater for the growing demand for UAV technology. Also in 2016 will be the next Farnborough International Airshow (FIA), which is held every other year. In 2014 the show created a record US$204 billion in orders, and with spending in the UAS sector predicted to grow exponentially, the show will have a dedicated UAS zone, making it a highly attractive event for the industry.
